Roach Splat! is a paid Android game with no advertising, no analytics and no account registration.
Who provides the game
Roach Splat! is provided by WellLinked Accounting Limited. This policy covers the Roach Splat! Android app and its game website at roachsplat.welllinked.co.nz. It does not describe any other product.
Information used by the app
The current app does not collect, transmit, sell or share personal information. It does not include advertising or analytics services, and it does not request access to your location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos or files.
Touches within the game’s overlay are processed on your device to squash cockroaches and wipe away splatters. Gameplay state is held temporarily in memory while the game runs; it is not sent to us.
Permission to appear over other apps
Roach Splat! asks for Android’s “Display over other apps” permission so it can show cockroaches and splatters above other apps. This permission is used for that gameplay feature. The app does not read, capture or record the contents of the apps beneath it.
The app runs a visible foreground service while the overlay is active. Its notification includes a STOP action. You can also stop the game by opening its icon again, or revoke its overlay permission in Android Settings. The game stops after inactivity.
Purchases through Google Play
If you buy Roach Splat! through Google Play, Google processes the payment under its own terms and privacy policy. The game does not receive or store your payment-card details. Google may separately process purchase information and app diagnostics through its platform.
Support messages
If you email support@welllinked.co.nz, we receive your email address and anything you choose to include. We use that information to respond and resolve your request. Our email provider processes messages to deliver this service. Please do not send passwords, payment-card information or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Support correspondence is retained only as needed to handle the request, keep necessary business records and meet applicable obligations. You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information you have sent us, subject to any information we need to retain.
This website
This website does not include advertising, analytics or tracking scripts. It is hosted through Crazy Domains. The hosting provider may process standard connection and security logs, such as your IP address, requested page, browser information and access time, to deliver and protect the website. Opening an email link uses your chosen email service.
Retention and deletion
There is no Roach Splat! user account to delete. Temporary gameplay state ends when the app’s process ends. You can remove the app and its Android-managed settings by uninstalling it. For information you have sent by email, contact support using the address below.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page and its effective date if the game’s privacy practices change. Any future addition of advertising, analytics or other data collection would need to be reflected in the app’s disclosures and this policy.
